How long should I plan to be at the dealership?

Most purchases wrap up within a few hours, but timing can vary depending on things like financing or trade-ins.

If you want to make the experience quicker, you can browse our inventory and get pre-approved online before you come in.

Can I buy a vehicle without coming in?

Yes! You can handle a lot, or even everything, from home.

Our team can walk you through selecting a vehicle, getting your trade appraised, setting up financing, and signing paperwork electronically. If you’re local, we can also arrange delivery straight to your door!*

Do you offer free local delivery?

We do! We provide free delivery and trade pickup across Vermont and New Hampshire. We may also be able to bring a vehicle to you for a test drive locally. Just reach out to check availability.

If you’re located farther away, we’ll help you figure out the best delivery option.

What should I bring with me to the dealership?

To keep things moving smoothly, bring:

  • Your driver’s license
  • Proof of insurance
  • Trade-in paperwork (title, registration, or payoff info if applicable)
  • Any extra keys for your trade
  • A form of payment for your down payment

Having everything ready helps speed things up.

Can you hold a vehicle for me?

In many cases, yes. If you’ve found something you like, we may be able to hold it for a short period with a deposit. We recommend reaching out quickly so you don’t miss out.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Walk-ins are always welcome! If you’d rather plan ahead, scheduling an appointment can help us have everything ready, especially if there’s a specific vehicle you want to check out.
