When I realized that my car needed to be inspected, Brian was able to schedule it for the same time that I was to get my tires changed. That was a plus for me! And as usual, any interaction with the people who work there was a pleasure!

Another awesome experience with the service and parts departments. Needed new shocks on Silverado. Between a lot of research and discussions with Matt and Brian my truck is better than it was when new (which was great to begin with). New tires are being mounted on my "summer" wheels, so I'm all ready prepared for next spring! This is the best dealership I have ever done business with, and I have lived in many places, and travel a lot. I try to have all my maintenance done at Wells River Chevy. Thanks guys!!

Brian is super easy to work with. Scheduling service is super easy and their service reminders are very helpful for me as I work long hours and don't always remember the small details. Brian estimated service time so I knew if I would wait in their very accommodating waiting room or take a walk. His timing was pretty much exact. These guys do a great job and keep it affordable.

John was very helpful and apologetic. However, when I made the appointment for an oil change I was told it could take an hour or more. When I asked if there would be a vehicle I could use to run errands I was told they would have a vehicle reserved for me. Unfortunately when I arrived I was told all 4 cars were in use and there was no record of when any would be returned. I was pleased they did install the cargo mat I purchased but was disappointed they did not wash my car. Last time I had an oil change the car came out spotless.

Showed up, turned in my keys, went up front talked to John about the 2027 Silverados, wasn't long Brian came up my truck was done all set, what more can you ask for, great job guys as usual. I recommend Wells River Chevrolet to everybody, trust they are the best, great job and Merry Christmas guys

Needed an oil change. Asked Brian to have the tech check my brakes to see if the sensor on the dash wasn't accurate estimate of brake life remaining. Turns out that it was pretty optimistic, so Brian gave me a loaner and I went on my merry way while they replaced my brakes and rotors. They also rotated my tires and balanced my wheels. It drives so nice and I know that I'm not going to get stranded in another state on my travels, and have some dealership take advantage of my situation. I go nowhere else but Wells River Chevy for vehicles or service on them. It's been that way for 20 years. They always put GM parts on, which are warrantied and I've never had a problem. Once they do a repair or maintenance, that's the last time I'm there until the next service need. I've lived in many states, and travel frequently to California, and Georgia, and I have to say this is the best dealership I have ever ever used. Thank you so much to Brian, Jon, Matt, and all the techs for going the extra mile every time.

The service department at Wells River Chevrolet is the best I’ve ever been to. All great people, great communicators, and excellent work. I drive past many other places to make the 40 minute drive to go to Wells River Chevrolet because I trust in their work.

The best dealership I have ever done business with at age 76years!!!

We are very satisfied with the service department at Wells River. Unfortunately the same cannot be said for our 2025 Chevrolet Equinox. Since December 2025 the Equinox has been in the Service Shop every month and sometimes twice a month for problems with the electronics having to be fixed or replaced. Everything from AWD, OnStar, Google Maps, Automatic High Beam and the battery was completely drained twice. Brian in the service department did his best but it meant often fixing the problem only to discover the electronic item had to be replaced. This meant long waits to get the electronic parts and time to reprogram everything. Fortunately Brian made sure we had a loaner vehicle so we weren’t left without a car. We just had the Chevrolet Equinox inspection completed on May 21, 2026 and today the engine light is on saying the Emissions System needs to be service in 7 days. Will this ever end???

I ordered a new 2026 LTZ 3500 crew cab SWB Duramax in Sterling grey. It came in exactly the time frame we thought. Truck was detailed and ready to go when I showed up to pick it up. Breanna was excellent - Financing signing was quick and easy! Sales person Rob Ward was easy to work with and helped while I was selecting my options.He knows his Chevrolet,s . Love my new truck !

I stopped into the service desk to see what could be done about a tire that was losing air. Brian asked if I had time right then as he would see if he had someone who could look at it. I said that was fine and went out to the waiting area. About a half hour later, Brian came out and said it was all fixed. I thought I'd probably have to make an appointment, so I was very pleased that they could get me in and fix the tire that day.

In and Out Fast

The service dept was behind schedule, so I had to wait longer than usual.

This is for my service on 12/23/25. My truck threw a code that required a new Catalytic Converter. They had the Cat in stock, plus 1 of 3 sensors. After discussion with Brian regarding the scope of the repair, I decided to replace all 3 sensors even though they were not failed (at the present time!). They didn't have 2 of them in stock, BUT, Matt found them at another dealership, and Brian sent a driver to get them, and gave me a loaner since the repair would take several hours. The repair went smoothly and I am able to travel for the holiday. Wells River Chevy is an awesome dealership, and the service department is AMAZING. Between this service department and the fact that I use only GM parts (they are warrantied), I have not been stranded on a trip in the last 20 years. Thank you WRC 🤗👍.

I called to confirm work was covered under warranty prior to making an appointment only to find out that I had to pay to top off my AC to the tune of $561 and they told me there was no leak but yet all the Freon was gone

In the past year my husband pasted away. Since that time Wells River Chevy has gone out of their way to make sure that both my truck and car were in good running condition. This past week I went to have the winter tires put on. In addition to that I asked Brian, at the service desk, if someone could look for a brass Angel visor clip that had fallen off and ended up somewhere in the car. I had looked twice and my daughter also looked and came up with nothing. Low and behold they found it !!! What a relief to have the angel back where it belongs.
