Radio system problem. Electronic issue, it will be like chasing a ghost. We did the first part as recommended by GM (not fixed), now we can get down to the hard part. This will be a long ordeal because electronics are working or they're not. I do have confidence that service will get it fixed but I also know it will be a huge pain for them. I'm glad Wells River Chevrolet is my dealer because they care and will get it fixed in the end.

Needed an oil change. Asked Brian to have the tech check my brakes to see if the sensor on the dash wasn't accurate estimate of brake life remaining. Turns out that it was pretty optimistic, so Brian gave me a loaner and I went on my merry way while they replaced my brakes and rotors. They also rotated my tires and balanced my wheels. It drives so nice and I know that I'm not going to get stranded in another state on my travels, and have some dealership take advantage of my situation. I go nowhere else but Wells River Chevy for vehicles or service on them. It's been that way for 20 years. They always put GM parts on, which are warrantied and I've never had a problem. Once they do a repair or maintenance, that's the last time I'm there until the next service need. I've lived in many states, and travel frequently to California, and Georgia, and I have to say this is the best dealership I have ever ever used. Thank you so much to Brian, Jon, Matt, and all the techs for going the extra mile every time.

I stopped into the service desk to see what could be done about a tire that was losing air. Brian asked if I had time right then as he would see if he had someone who could look at it. I said that was fine and went out to the waiting area. About a half hour later, Brian came out and said it was all fixed. I thought I'd probably have to make an appointment, so I was very pleased that they could get me in and fix the tire that day.

Another awesome experience with the service and parts departments. Needed new shocks on Silverado. Between a lot of research and discussions with Matt and Brian my truck is better than it was when new (which was great to begin with). New tires are being mounted on my "summer" wheels, so I'm all ready prepared for next spring! This is the best dealership I have ever done business with, and I have lived in many places, and travel a lot. I try to have all my maintenance done at Wells River Chevy. Thanks guys!!

In the past year my husband pasted away. Since that time Wells River Chevy has gone out of their way to make sure that both my truck and car were in good running condition. This past week I went to have the winter tires put on. In addition to that I asked Brian, at the service desk, if someone could look for a brass Angel visor clip that had fallen off and ended up somewhere in the car. I had looked twice and my daughter also looked and came up with nothing. Low and behold they found it !!! What a relief to have the angel back where it belongs.

John was very helpful and apologetic. However, when I made the appointment for an oil change I was told it could take an hour or more. When I asked if there would be a vehicle I could use to run errands I was told they would have a vehicle reserved for me. Unfortunately when I arrived I was told all 4 cars were in use and there was no record of when any would be returned. I was pleased they did install the cargo mat I purchased but was disappointed they did not wash my car. Last time I had an oil change the car came out spotless.

This is for my service on 12/23/25. My truck threw a code that required a new Catalytic Converter. They had the Cat in stock, plus 1 of 3 sensors. After discussion with Brian regarding the scope of the repair, I decided to replace all 3 sensors even though they were not failed (at the present time!). They didn't have 2 of them in stock, BUT, Matt found them at another dealership, and Brian sent a driver to get them, and gave me a loaner since the repair would take several hours. The repair went smoothly and I am able to travel for the holiday. Wells River Chevy is an awesome dealership, and the service department is AMAZING. Between this service department and the fact that I use only GM parts (they are warrantied), I have not been stranded on a trip in the last 20 years. Thank you WRC 🤗👍.

Brian is super easy to work with. Scheduling service is super easy and their service reminders are very helpful for me as I work long hours and don't always remember the small details. Brian estimated service time so I knew if I would wait in their very accommodating waiting room or take a walk. His timing was pretty much exact. These guys do a great job and keep it affordable.
